Jordan Bielefeld has been Inducted into the Prestigious Marquis Who’s Who Biographical Registry

Mr. Bielefeld is recognized for his technical expertise in the wind industry

OSAGE, IOWA, January 25, 2022 – Jordan Bielefeld has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Bielefeld started his career path in high school getting a position as a “hired man” for a local farmer who later in life became his father-in-law. During his time there, he also worked as a mechanic for a local tractor implement and at a local factory in his hometown of Osage, IA. In 2008 he took his mechanical and electrical skills to the wind industry as an entry level wind technician.  Through his years within wind, he worked his way up the hierarchy from wind technician to Lead Tech, Project Manager, Account Manager, Operations Manager, and now Vice President of UpTower, Inc where he has developed a top of class team, operating wind farms throughout the United States.

Crediting his hard work and determination, Mr. Bielefeld was able to advance to top positions in his field without a formal college degree. Pursuing his career in the wind industry he put in extra efforts and long hours along the way to progress in his career and prove his abilities. He also received invaluable support from his wife and family who supported his career every step of the way. He gave immense credit to his wife for supporting him through the years. Moving their family multiple times, being his sound board at nights, and being a great mother to their children while he worked long hours and traveled.

A father of five, Mr. Bielefeld’s main goal is to help his children become good people, not only supporting their own success but also encouraging them to contribute to their communities. Mr. Bielefeld himself grew up with some hardships. Recalling more than one winter in the cold of Iowa when his family didn’t have heat and the water lines would freeze. Their need to scoop up snow in the yard to melt down for the flushing of toilets and to wash hands and use for cooking. Needing to make sure he got to school early enough to take a shower and be ready for the day without others knowing what was going on at home. He had a good life growing up he says, but there were a lot of hardships that a child shouldn’t have to work through. He says his main goal in life is to set his kids up for success, while having a connection to God so his kids and grandkids don’t have to experience some of those same obstacles he did.

As for his company, UpTower inc, he has big goals to become known as the best Renewable Service Provider in the US. Focusing on their safety culture, to date they have had no OSHA recordable events, and focusing on the quality needed to be the best. Mr. Bielefeld credits the team he has surrounded himself with and the support of family.
